Shipping Provider

We ship via DHL within Germany and to other EU countries. Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking link by email.

Delivery Times

• Germany: 2–4 business days
• Other EU countries: 5–9 business days

Delivery times start with shipping confirmation. For prepayment, the period begins with receipt of payment.

Shipping Costs

• Germany: €4.90
• Other EU countries: €9.90
• Free shipping within Germany on orders over €80.

Returns

You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal. Just send us a short email at hello@mymate.store — we'll take care of the rest.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by you. Please return the goods in the original packaging so we can resell them.

Refund

As soon as your return has arrived and been inspected, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method.
