1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the mymate. online shop (Clever-tooling UG (haftungsbeschränkt)). The contract language is German.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order. The contract is concluded with the order confirmation by email.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices include statutory VAT plus shipping costs. Shipping costs are shown separately before completing the order.

5. Payment

We accept payments via Stripe (credit card, SEPA direct debit, Klarna). Payment is due upon conclusion of the contract.

6. Delivery

Delivery is made within the EU. Delivery times and shipping costs can be found on our shipping page.

7. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. email): hello@mymate.store

8. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

10. Dispute Resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
