2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). When you access the site, technically necessary data (IP address, browser type, date/time, requested resource) is processed. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in stable delivery).

3. Cookies and Local Storage

We use technically necessary cookies/local storage entries for language settings, login session, and cart. These are required to operate the site and are used on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. b and f GDPR.

4. Account and Authentication (Supabase)

For registration, login and user content (e.g. community posts) we use Supabase (Supabase Inc., 970 Toa Payoh North #07-04, Singapore 318992). Processed data: email, password hash, profile information, content you create. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (contract performance).

5. Payment Processing (Stripe)

Orders are processed via Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland). Stripe processes payment and contact data on its own responsibility. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. Details: stripe.com/privacy.

6. Email Delivery (Resend)

Transactional emails (e.g. order confirmation) are sent via Resend (Resend Inc., USA). Email address and message content are processed. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.

7. Embedded Content (Spotify, YouTube)

We embed content from Spotify and YouTube. When the relevant pages are accessed, data may be transmitted to the providers. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
